I created Bio Field Sync, or B.F.S., as a direct embodiment of my understanding of health. This hands-on system is gently designed to flow with the body’s innate rhythms. What sets it apart is its non-forceful, painless, and non-intrusive approach, making the experience reassuring for all. B.F.S. is also structured to seamlessly complement other healing modalities, whether they be traditional or alternative, enhancing their impact for comprehensive wellness.

The Genesis of Bio Field Sync:

Over three decades of dedicated practice and the amalgamation of numerous techniques have birthed the Bio Field Sync method. This isn’t just another therapeutic model; it’s the essence distilled from my lifelong commitment to understanding and practicing natural healthcare. At its core, B.F.S. stands as more than a technique – it’s a holistic philosophy of health, celebrating the body’s innate ability to heal, rejuvenate, and reinvent.

My Philosophy of Health and Life Transformation:

My views on health and transformation are intricately intertwined, seeing health as more than just the body’s functionality but as a journey of holistic well-being and self-evolution. I visualize health as a harmonious ballet of the body’s energetic systems. Beyond merely addressing symptoms, true health and transformation require delving deep into the core, uncovering and addressing foundational issues. Drawing from my lived experiences, contemporary scientific insights, and ageless wisdom, I crafted B.F.S. This methodology doesn’t just prioritize bodily wellness; it also champions life transformation by emphasizing the body and soul’s innate intelligence over superficial remedies.

Understanding Protective Physiology and Stress:

Central to the ethos of B.F.S. is the comprehension of protective physiology and resistance. This primal response of the body, meant to protect us from threats, often misfires in the modern world, triggering persistent states of stress. This can be instigated by emotional scars, entrenched negative beliefs, or even daily life’s taxing demands. Such prolonged stress is harmful, leading to imbalances and an array of health complications. Through B.F.S., I’ve aimed to counteract this by realigning our energy systems, fostering equilibrium and greater resiliency.

Embracing the Body’s Natural Healing Abilities:

One fundamental tenet of my philosophy of health is a steadfast trust in our body’s healing powers. Our bodies have the intrinsic capability to recover, mend, and fortify. We witness this miracle every day, from a simple wound healing to our immune defenses in action. B.F.S. enhances this natural process, creating conditions that empower the body to excel in its self-care.

B.F.S. isn’t solely about contemporary healing. It’s an invitation to cultivate a lasting space where our bodies persistently flourish so that we can live and enjoy life fully.

I refer to Dr. Mendribil as my “shaman”. He is my physical and mental “fixer”. I have been working with Dr. Mike for 10+ years now, and go to him 3-4 times a year for a wide of reasons. He has helped me with both mental and physical needs. I will provide two salient examples. First, I had been having severe nerve pain in my neck and running down my arm. This was going on for a few months, then would stop, then come back. On and off for 1-2 years. I went to a leading NYC spinal surgeon and subsequently had two spinal shots. Those are serious, they put you out, etc. The pain did not go away. I was scheduled to go in for a third spinal shot. Before doing so, I went to Dr. Mendribil. He worked his magic and within a day, the pain was gone. It has not come back. I then asked the spinal surgeon how this was possible. He shrugged his shoulders and said “there are just some things we do not explain”. The second example. I first went to Dr. Mike because I was constantly getting sick 4-5 times a year. It was debilitating, I felt like I was constantly sick, colds, flus, aches, etc. I went to Dr. Mike, he did a series of diagnostics, and then set me on a 30-day cleanse diet. This was 2017. Since then, I have only missed one day of work. In seven years. I have basically been healthy since. I visit with Dr. Mike 3-4 times per year now. I go for a general check-in, where we discuss my body, what feels good and bad, and what tweaks we can make. We also discuss my diet, overall health, and he provides suggestions. Finally, I text with Dr. Mike on and off through the years, asking him random questions about different vitamin supplements, new medicines, and the like. He is consistently helpful. Over time, I have probably recommended 20+ friends to Dr. Mike. I love working with him and believe my friends and family do as well.
